7. METHOD OF SHIPMENT - DELIVERY

Deliveries are made on working days between 10.00am - 4.00pm. Before the delivery, a telephone appointment is made at a specific time which serves both the e-shop.gr distribution department (according to all the itineraries of the day) and the customer's preference. In Athens, afternoon delivery is possible with an extra charge 5 € and Saturday delivery for an extra charge 2 €.

9. PRICES OF PRODUCTS FOR SALE
The prices listed in the relevant catalogs for each product include VAT (24%). These prices refer to the quantities available in our warehouse, while Dp perfumum e-shop reserves the right to adjust the prices.
10. WARRANTY
Warranty All products of the categories Appliances and accesories of the e-shop are accompanied by a guarantee of good operation from their manufacturer in all areas. When receiving the goods in the packaging in a visible place there is the guarantee of each device, read the conditions carefully and send the guarantee within the prescribed time limit to the respective manufacturer. During the warranty period, please be prepared to present some proof of purchase of the product (PROOF OF RETAIL SALE, PURCHASE INVOICE, etc.) along with the warranty if requested. Information on any additional manufacturer's warranty can be found in the papers accompanying the products.
11. PRODUCT RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you make a purchase from our online store, you have the right to return the products you purchased, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you you will receive the products. In this case, you bear the cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or tampered with, together with the retail receipt or invoice. Due to the nature of the products sold no changes are made once you have used the fragrance even if you are not olfactory satisfied.
If you wish to return products purchased from our online store, you must notify us in writing to the address: Chariklia Kotsiali, 121 Tsimiski, Thessaloniki 54624 or to our email address sales@dpperfumum.gr stating the date/number of the purchase document within the above deadline . Once you have received a written return authorization from the store, the address to which the products to be returned must be sent is: Chariklia Kotsiali, Tsimiski 121, Thessaloniki 54624. To avoid inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of the order the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, etc.). In the event of a product return and depending on the method you chose to pay for your order and the means by which you will return the products, your refund will be completed within 30 days from the date the returned products are received by our store. Important note: The shipping costs of the products are not refundable, only their value.

Availability: For all products contained in the catalogs of the Dpperfumum e-shop there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse.
This way you will be able to very easily determine before placing your order which of our products are available in our warehouses and immediately deliverable, which products are not immediately available but we are waiting for a specified date to receive them from our suppliers. Nevertheless, you can send us your order even for products that are not available in our warehouses and we will contact you via e-mail and/or phone, within a reasonable period of time, to inform you of the possible time receipt of the product from the supplier and its subsequent delivery to you. In this case, you have the possibility, if you consider that this time period does not satisfy you, to request the revocation of the order of the product in question. In any case, it must be made clear that the above delivery time of your order also depends on the availability of the products in our warehouses. In addition, we provide you with the possibility to choose whether you wish to receive all the products, which may, due to their different availability, have a different delivery time, with a shipment to their place of delivery at the latest date and as soon as it is possible to deliver them to the transport service or you receive with partial deliveries the products according to the time that can be delivered to you. Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, under these conditions, to complete your order.,
However, in the event that the delivered quantities are proven to be defective and the Dpperfumum e-shop is responsible, e.g. bad packaging, damage during transport, you reserve the right to return it with the possibility of replacing it with our shipping costs or refunding your money.
APPLICABLE LAW – TAXATION
This Agreement and any dispute arising out of any transaction with the Dpperfumum online store shall be governed by Greek Law, in particular the laws governing matters relating to electronic commerce, distance selling and consumer protection, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
